About us

Isidora Luther
ENP, FNP, CCEMT-P

Isidora has spent nearly two decades working in emergency services. Throughout her career she has worked in a multitude of settings including prehospital care, interfacility transports, tertiary trauma center, and critical access hospitals. Having worked closely with members of public safety and interdisciplinary medical teams she has first-hand experience with both the physical and emotional effects that working in healthcare can bring.
Recently Isidora has become an avid runner including a half marathon, Ragnar Trail runs and a Tough Mudder.
Isidora is here to help you achieve your wellness goals through alternative and holistic therapies.

Rebecca Krambeer
ENP, FNP, AGACNP, Member of Menopause Society

Rebecca began her career focusing on exercise physiology and working as a fitness director. Rebecca then shifted her career focus to nursing where she has spent much of her career caring for a wide range of populations in the emergency medicine setting.
Rebecca has a wide variety of experiences with working at a tertiary trauma center and currently working at the critical access hospital in the community she lives. Rebecca continues to have a passion for physical activity. In her formative years she was a highly skilled gymnast.
Most recently Rebecca has focused her physical activities around riding in Ragbrai. Rebecca is passionate to help you with hormonal imbalances and work with you towards better overall health and wellness.
